Great American Capital has developed over 2.5 million sf of retail and office space in the Nevada and California area since the early 1990’s. It retains strong tenant relationships with some of the most recognizable names in the retail shopping center industry. With occupancy rates well above industry standard, GAC’s retail and office projects are often recognized as the benchmark by which Class A retail developments in Las Vegas are measured. Several years running now, GAC has been named by the Las Vegas Business Journal as one of the top five commercial developers in Las Vegas.
GAC has also diversified its holdings by providing investment capital to various joint venture partners to develop single family homes in Las Vegas, niche retail projects in Southern California and industrial projects in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.
