Commercial projects are typically built in less than one year and the highest care is spent with every construction detail.

Great American Capital has developed over 3 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space in Nevada, California, and Arizona in the last 30 years. It retains strong tenant relationships with some of the most recognizable names in the retail shopping center industry. With occupancy rates well above industry standard, GAC’s retail and office projects are often recognized as the benchmark by which Class A retail developments in Las Vegas are measured. Several years running, GAC has been named by the Las Vegas Business Journal as one of the top five commercial developers in Las Vegas. In addition, Great American Capital has entered into the development and management of mini-storage facilities, and is currently underway with four new facilities.

Great American Capital has also diversified its holdings by providing investment capital to various joint venture partners to develop single family homes and condominium conversions in Las Vegas and Southern California. Its portfolio has grown to include apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels, resorts, industrial projects, mini-storage facilities, and rehab projects.
